The objective

As part of the Dallas College Creative Services team, I've worked on a variety of recruitment and awareness campaigns designed to reach prospective and current students throughout the Dallas County community.

The work ranges from materials students receive at home, like postcards and acceptance pieces, to large-scale advertising on billboards, buses and DART rail.

The APPROACh

Each campaign has a different goal and audience, but they all need to feel like Dallas College.

My approach has been to work within the College's established brand while finding ways to keep the creative fresh, approachable and relevant to students. Photography, bold messaging and graphic elements help give each campaign its own personality without losing that connection to the larger brand.

The wide range of formats also means thinking about how someone will actually experience the design. A brochure can tell a more complete story, while a bus or billboard needs to communicate the idea in just a few seconds.

The Work

These campaigns have included recruitment brochures, direct-mail postcards, stickers, billboards, DART bus and rail advertising and other materials supporting student recruitment and enrollment.

Together, the work shows how the Dallas College brand can flex across different campaigns, audiences and formats while still feeling connected and recognizable.
